He is the founder and co-creator of INAAM, the pioneering brand of botanical sodas made with clean ingredients and created to transform the beverage industry. INAAM represents a new category of authentic, sophisticated, and forward-thinking offerings aligned with current global consumer trends.
With over 20 years of experience in the consumer goods sector—spanning marketing, sales, and product development—he has dedicated the last eight years to beverage formulation and research. Throughout his career, García has specialized in building and positioning innovative brands, leading processes that turn ideas into scalable and profitable businesses, while advising companies on strategy, commercial management, and production.
Beyond INAAM, his career includes active participation in the entertainment and hospitality industries, contributing to the opening of bars, restaurants, and the organization of large-scale events. These experiences have strengthened his comprehensive understanding of how to create lasting emotional connections between people and brands.
Passionate about gastronomy, mixology, and exploring new flavors, García channels his creativity into innovation. As a horse enthusiast, he has adopted values such as patience, discipline, and authentic connection, principles that shape his leadership and vision. With this foundation, he continues to drive INAAM toward establishing a category destined to redefine the global beverage market.

He is the co-creator and co-founder of INAAM, a clean ingredient beverage with a presence in Colombia, Mexico, the United States, and Puerto Rico. The third of five siblings, he is a Business Administrator with an emphasis in Finance and a specialization in Audio Post-Production. With nearly 30 years of experience leading commercial teams in the financial, entertainment, and consumer sectors, he was instrumental in securing INAAM’s initial capital before its expansion into the United States, and since then has focused on investor relations and the company’s international growth strategy.
During his professional career, Jorge Mario was registered with the National Futures Association (NFA) Series 3 and worked for nearly a decade at brokerage firms in New York, Bogotá, and Medellín, where he specialized in international business and investments. In the entertainment sector, he has participated as an investment partner in the creation of several bars and restaurants, adding entrepreneurial experience to his career. He is also the founder of MonoVilla Music, a platform for creative initiatives that connect music, communication, and spirituality. His approach combines strong commercial leadership with a clear vision of environmental and social impact.
In his free time, he is an amateur triathlete, proudly representing INAAM in competitions. He also enjoys music and travel.

Peter Aronstam brings more than 35 years of global experience in finance, accounting, banking, international trade, and corporate strategy. He has held senior financial leadership and CFO roles across privately held and public companies, including large international manufacturers and global financial institutions.
Throughout his career, Peter has advised growth-driven organizations, start-ups, and VC-backed companies, providing full-time, interim, and fractional CFO services. He has led capital-raising efforts exceeding $500 million and played a key role in business acquisitions, restructurings, and operational transformations.
His multidisciplinary background in finance, law, and operations enables him to identify critical growth opportunities, strengthen financial systems, and support sustainable value creation. Educated in South Africa, Peter holds degrees in Commerce and Law, as well as a PhD from the University of the Witwatersrand, and has worked internationally across South Africa, Canada, and the United States.

Andrew Aguilar is a board-level commercial and growth executive with 30 years of experience building premium consumer brands and scaling profitable CPG platforms globally. He has led international expansion initiatives across 70+ countries, generating more than $200M in revenue through disciplined route-to-market design, pricing and trade governance, distributor performance management, and brand-led growth strategies.
At Nestlé USA, Andrew transformed the international business into a strategic growth engine by building multi-regional distributor networks, optimizing large-scale portfolios, and implementing data-driven commercial governance across retail, e-commerce, and foodservice channels. He later served on the International Board of Ferrara Candy Company, where he designed and executed the Latin America expansion model, driving accelerated growth and improved investment efficiency.
Andrew also brings deep cross-functional expertise from his role as Regional CIO for Nestlé Latin America, enabling him to connect technology, analytics, and talent development directly to commercial performance. He has lived and worked across multiple regions, bringing a global, execution-focused perspective to complex growth environments.

Her background includes senior roles at Sagamore Spirit, Time Out Group, and leading PR agencies, where she has driven earned media, influencer partnerships, and crisis communications across North America. Shaneil has led high-impact brand launches generating global visibility across top-tier media and brings a strong foundation in strategic storytelling and cross-functional leadership.
